Hello! Thank you for requesting a presentation from the Student Wellness Center! We look forward to serving you! **Presentation Requests for the Spring 2025 semester are not open until January 6th, 2025. If you request a presentation for the Spring 2025 semester before this date, it will be denied!** Below, please choose from the presentation options we are offering for 2024-25. If there is a presentation you don't see on this current menu or a topic that isn't listed that you would like us to present on please email: wellcntr@ucmail.uc.edu. ******** If you request a presentation for the incoming academic school year, please be aware that you will not receive confirmation until late August once students have returned. ********** Our presentations are delivered by trained Student Wellness Center Peer Educators. If you would like a full-time professional staff member to meet with your class or organization please note that in the form. You may indicate your preferred date and time for your presentation as well as if you would like it to be delivered in-person or virtually. We ask that you please submit this request at least 2 weeks in advance. If you submit it sooner than this we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill your request. Also, please do not request any presentation start times later than 9pm. Please give us 1 week to follow up with your request. A Peer Educator or SWC full-time professional staff member will email you to confirm your request and solidify details. If you have any questions email wellcntr@ucmail.uc.edu.

All presentations are 45-60 minutes long unless noted.
By clicking Submit you acknowledge that you agree to communicate with the Student Wellness Center prior to the program/workshop date. This communication is mandatory in order to confirm the date and topic you requested. In order for the workshop to be conducted there must be at least FIVE people in attendance (not including the R.A or instructor). The program will be cancelled 10 minutes after the previously scheduled time if the audience does not meet the minimum requirement. If you do not request your program at least 2 weeks in advance, the program may not be approved.
